Sobe and Alfie

I realized today that a bunch of JLo songs relate to my life. Ain't it funny...some of her lyrics are perfect for how I feel. Latin music makes me happy no matter what. Spanish is on of the most gorgeous languages out there, it's exotic and sexy...sorry for the slight tangent but I get fired up easy when it comes to latin cultures...speaking of which I got another issue of Latina in the mail today. Shakira is on the cover, her new cd should be out soon and I am quite excited.

Today was a fairly relaxing day. I woke up at 11:30 this morning, which in all was 12 hours of sleep. I told myself I had to rest all day because work alone is going to wear me out this week..and that sucks. So life consists of work and resting...so much for a fun summer...I mean I enjoy my jobs this summer, but it is hard to enjoy it when you are sick. And all of the extras have to be pushed aside, like tonight for example. Ian asked me to come over and chill because he was having some people over, my sister is there now but I am stuck here because I need the rest...I hate complaining, but this really is no fun...

I watched Alfie today...I enjoy Jude Law and the movie was sort of like one long monologue with Jude acting as a ladies man describing his life and the ordeals he went through as he dated several different women. It was enjoyable and had some good lines.

So now I am sitting here drinking Sobe, which is actually quite good and tastes like a pina colada...have you ever heard a Sobe commercial?..if you have you can see why I would enjoy it...

Well that was pretty much the extent of my day...not too exciting but at least it was something...
